This Privacy Policy describes how Aiza: Fitness Coach ( “Aiza”, “the app”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the app. By using Aiza, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

When you create your profile, you may provide: your name, age, weight, height, fitness level, fitness goal, preferred workout frequency, and any injuries or physical limitations you choose to disclose.

1.2 Workout and activity data

The app records your workout history, including exercises performed, rep counts, duration, estimated calories, accuracy, dates, completed workout plans, schedules, and achievements.

1.3 AI chat messages

Messages you send to the AI Coach and the responses you receive are stored on your device so you can view your conversation history.

1.4 Camera data

The app uses your device's camera to detect your body pose in real time and count reps during exercises. Camera frames are processed entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework. Camera video is not recorded, stored, or transmitted to us or any third party.

1.5 Purchase information

When you purchase Premium features, the transaction is processed by Apple through StoreKit. We receive only an indication of whether you have purchased Premium; we do not receive or store your payment card or Apple account details.

1.6 Device and diagnostic data

We do not use any third-party analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs. The app does not collect device identifiers for advertising.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide real-time exercise tracking, rep counting, and form feedback.
  • To generate personalized workout plans and AI coach responses tailored to your profile and goals.
  • To display your workout history, statistics, streaks, and achievements.
  • To schedule local workout reminder notifications on your device.
  • To manage and restore your Premium purchase.

3. How Information Is Stored

All of the information described above — your profile, workout history, plans, achievements, and chat messages — is stored locally on your device using iOS on-device storage. We do not operate a server or database that stores your personal data.

4. How Information Is Shared

4.1 Together AI

To generate AI coach responses and personalized workout plans, your chat messages and relevant profile details (such as name, fitness level, goal, availability, and any limitations you disclosed) are sent to Together AI's API. Only your most recent messages are sent with each request. This data is processed by Together AI under its own privacy and data retention practices. We encourage you to review Together AI's privacy policy at https://www.together.ai.

4.2 Apple

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Apple's terms and privacy policy apply to your transaction and any information Apple collects.

4.3 No sale of personal information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

5. Camera Permissions

The app requires camera access to track your movements during workouts. Camera access is requested with your permission and can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings. Camera frames are used only for real-time, on-device pose detection and are never saved or transmitted.

6. Notifications

The app may send local notifications to remind you of scheduled workouts. These notifications are scheduled on your device and do not require a server. You can manage or disable notifications in iOS Settings.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Because your data is stored on your device, it remains until you delete it. You can delete all of your data at any time by opening Settings within the app and selecting “Delete All Data”. This permanently removes your profile, workout history, plans, achievements, and chat history. Uninstalling the app will also remove data stored on the device.

8. Children's Privacy

Aiza is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Because your data is stored locally on your device, you can exercise these rights directly by editing your profile or using the “Delete All Data” feature in Settings, or by uninstalling the app.

10. Security

We use on-device storage to limit the exposure of your personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Information sent to Together AI is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
